What you're agreeing to

1. This is a discovery conversation, not a contract. Accepting these terms books a 30-minute, no-obligation meeting. Nothing here commits you to pay anything, and nothing commits Jubuna to begin work. Whether we work together is decided in that meeting, by both of us.
2. Pricing is scoped, not fixed. Custom Consulting engagements start at a minimum retainer of $9,999 and a minimum monthly subscription of $999. These are minimums only — the final price depends on the scope we agree on. Any additional fees or costs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. No payment is taken on this site. For Custom Consulting, we do not collect payment online. Payment options are discussed and agreed during your onboarding meeting, only if we both decide to proceed.
4. Your information is handled carefully. The business information you provide is used solely to prepare for our conversation and is handled per our privacy terms. We do not sell or share it.
5. You may cancel or withdraw at any time before a formal agreement is signed, with no cost and no obligation.
6. The detailed terms govern. This summary is for convenience. The full legal document is the authoritative version, and a copy will be emailed to you once you accept.

Full legal document

A detailed Master Services / Consulting Agreement covering scope, fees, termination, confidentiality (including Singapore PDPA where applicable), intellectual property, liability, and governing law.
